In order to ensure our products are of highest standards possible, we have proven to leading glass manufacturers around the world that we have the processes and requirements needed to fabricate their high-end materials into top-notch finished products according to international standards of procedure. These certifications include the following:

Inspection Standards:

Evaluation of glass and mirror products are not made by inspecting them from very close proximity, any defects that develop as a result of the manufacturing or handling process are inspected using the international Glass Industry Standards.

Generally, glass is inspected from a distance of 3 metres at a viewing angle of 90° against a bright uniform background without direct sunlight or backlighting.


We guarantee our glass and mirror products to be free from manufacturing defects, which does not include post- delivery/installation defects such as scratches, breakages, misuse, misapplication, or any faults in building construction and/or design.

More specifically, our products are guaranteed for the following:

Laminated Glass:
Each unit is guaranteed to be free from delamination for a period of five (5) years from the date of manufacture

Insulated Glass (IGUs):
Each unit of to be free from material obstruction of vision as a result of film formation on the internal glass surfaces caused by failure of the hermetic seal due to defects in material or workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of manufacture.

IG warranty does not apply to applications such as in watercrafts, vehicles, or swimming pools.

Spandrel Glass :

  • Each unit is guaranteed from discoloration for a period of 10 years
  • Spandrel glass is not intended to be viewed from the interior.

Mansour Glass is not to be held liable for damages or expenses due to late delivery of raw materials; manufacturing delays; defective or broken products; internal errors; improper handling or negligence by Purchaser; delays due to strikes, fires, or freight carriers; priorities of the government or any department thereof; natural disasters; or acts that are unavoidable and beyond the control of Mansour Glass.
